1. About this Service
SMI ThinkOS (“the Platform”) is operated by StarThink Sdn Bhd. The Platform connects businesses in Malaysia with Influencers for marketing campaigns and service packages. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering as a Business or Influencer. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Connecting Social Accounts
Influencers may optionally connect a Facebook Page, Instagram Business account, or TikTok account to verify their identity and display a real, up-to-date follower count to Businesses on the Platform. This is done through each platform’s own official login process — the Platform never asks for or stores your social media password. You can disconnect a social account at any time from your Profile page.
4. Campaigns, Packages & Payments
Businesses may purchase service packages from Influencers through the Platform, and may create campaigns that Influencers apply to. Pricing, commission, and payment terms shown at the time of purchase apply to that transaction.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misrepresent your identity, follower counts, or engagement metrics; not to use the Platform for unlawful purposes; and not to attempt to interfere with the Platform’s normal operation.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time by contacting us (see Contact below).
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
