How do I get started?
Create a business account and confirm your email. You can then browse creators, message them and start a campaign straight away.
How do I know a creator is real?
Creators connect their Facebook, Instagram or TikTok through each platform's official login, so the follower counts you see come from the account itself. Creators our team has reviewed carry a blue tick and are listed first, and every package is reviewed before it goes live.
Can I edit a campaign after it is live?
Yes. Editing a live campaign sends it back for a quick review before your changes go live, so creators always see approved information.
Can I message creators before I hire them?
Yes. Use Contact Creator on any profile to start a private conversation, whether or not you have booked anything yet.
How does payment work?
Secure online checkout with Visa and Touch 'n Go is coming soon. Until it launches, confirming a package records your order on the platform.
