1. Who we are

SMI ThinkOS (“the Platform”) is operated by StarThink Sdn Bhd. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information you provide: email address, name, company name, phone number.
  • Profile information: bio, location, portfolio images/videos, and self-reported social media handles and follower counts.
  • Campaign, package, order, and application data you create or submit while using the Platform.
  • If you choose to connect a Facebook Page, Instagram Business account, or TikTok account: your public profile name/handle and real follower count, retrieved directly from that platform with your explicit permission through their official login process.

3. How we use this information

We use this information to operate the Platform: matching Businesses with Influencers, displaying profiles and real confirmed follower counts, processing campaign applications and package purchases, and platform administration (including review and moderation by our admin team).

4. Social account connections

When you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram, or TikTok account, we only request the minimum access needed to confirm your identity and read your public follower count — never your password, and never permission to post on your behalf. You can disconnect a connected account at any time from your Profile page, which stops the Platform from reading further data from that account.

5. Where data is stored

Account and platform data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database. Uploaded images and videos are stored using Cloudflare R2 object storage. The Platform itself runs on Cloudflare’s infrastructure.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Profile information you choose to make visible (such as your name, portfolio, and follower count) is shown to Businesses on the Platform as part of its core function — that is how Businesses discover and evaluate creators.

7. Your choices

You can update or remove your profile information, portfolio, and connected social accounts at any time from your account settings. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at the email below.
