How are creators verified?
Creators connect their Facebook Page, Instagram Business account or TikTok through each platform's official login, so the follower counts you see are confirmed by the platform. Creators can also ask our team to review their profile: reviewed creators get a blue tick and are listed higher. Every service package is reviewed by our team before it goes live.
How do I contact a creator?
Open a creator's profile and select Contact Creator. This starts a private conversation that you can continue any time from your Messages page.
Are there extra fees on top of a package price?
No. The price shown on a service package is the price you pay.
How does payment work?
Secure online checkout with Visa and Touch 'n Go is coming soon. Until it launches, confirming a package records your order on the platform.
Can I work with more than one creator?
Yes. Order as many packages as you like, and run campaigns that many creators can apply to. You choose who to shortlist and accept.
